With fifteen years in middle market banking, specializing in sales and relationship management of commercial businesses- deeply inspired and mentored by Jean and Zig Ziglar, Shannon lives the same level of authenticity wherever she goes. Since earning her bachelors' degree from Mississippi State University, she has spent her career in the DFW Metroplex identifying, qualifying and attracting the sort of clients she looks forward to working with each day!

Shannon launched and serves as the North Texas Director for Women's Business Initiatives for Sterling Bank (entering into it's 3rd year), and is active in several ministries- best known for her own Defined By The Storm. She travels the country as a sought after public speaker, and is member of the National Speaker's Association, and the International Speakers Network. This wife, mother, and empty nester is not ashamed of her foundation of faith and how awesome life can be when we integrate it, and keep first things first!
